Andy:  Abs, cardio, even stretching if I'm really being honest. They say part of what separates champions from the rest is they find a way to fall in love with what they hate most about their discipline. In that regard, it usually works out that what the person hates most tends to be their weakest area. How does one fall in love with abs, cardio, and stretching....taking any an all suggestions.
