Trying New Things: Yoga - Ep. 210 - What Do You Got
The ogre decides to take the peaceful workout root and tries a little bit of yoga, then dares the fairy to try the same. See the guys talk about trying new things, on this episode of What Do You Got.
Of course I had to listen to this podcast it’s all about Yoga! Happy you two are trying the 30 day yoga challenge. Try to remember that each and everyone of us have different body types. Some have long legs short legs long arms short arms are more flexible or not. You see where I’m going with this. Do not and I repeat do not beat yourself up if you can’t do a pose. That’s a goal to work on. Remember to leave your ego at the door! When your screaming in a pose that is difficult the breath is there to help you get thru it to sort of side track your mind to something else more pleasant. It’s discouraging to start off in an advanced yoga class if your a beginner. If it really hurts to be in a pose release into child’s pose and go back into it gently remember to honor and respect your body where you are today not where you think your body should be if it’s not ready. Good Luck Boys! Namaste 🙏
